3- Please SMS OR CALL to En Hafidan (019 577 3141) after faxs your forms.
4- Write down U/P EN HAFIDAN JMFR12 on your Entry Form before fax.
5- All detail inside entry Form
6- Any enquiries please call Hisham (019 512 5312) or Toki (019 551 6368)
7- Once participance hit 350 registration will CLOSE!!!!..
8- Registration close on 28/1/2012 after hit 350 participant at 07.55am this morning....
9- JMFR'12 closed!!!!
